The setting was beautiful in an unfamiliar area; the room was spacious with a lovely outdoor area when we got the upgrade.

Very well looked after by the owners and staff immediately on arrival. Fresh milk and biscuits in a very comfortable room and the hotel was in a peaceful surrounding area.Dinner was excellent with many specials on the blackboards and a great choice of good wines. I will definately stay again when in this area of the country.

The attention to detail in both the rooms and the resaurant is spot on,tateful and modern. The tea making facilities in the room have fresh milk in a insulated jug (not little cartons of long life) home made biscuits/coffee both instant and decafe and real coffee, tea and hot chocalate. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable especially the beds. Oue room had a hair drier and iron and ironing board full size kettle, lead for the computer.our stay in the rooms was also nice and quite.the food and the service in the restaurant is excellent. All the staff are so friendly and helpful the Case is place is well worth a stay or just a visit for the food.we will be staying again for a relaxing break. The couple that own the Case are hands on and so welcoming it is family run by the nicest of people and this shines through in the service you recieve A huge thank you to them all for making our stay so nice Andy & Helen

This is our second stay at the Case. 5 family members visiting our brother in Sudbury. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by Linda and her staff. The little rooms are just lovely opening up onto pretty grounds. We had three in a row which was perfect. We decided to all eat in the Restaurant first evening. The food and service was great. Once again Linda and her team of waitresses were brilliant and their attention to detail was excellent. Also I must say they lay on a fabulous breakfast setting you up for the day. If you are ever in the area on business or like us for pleasure be sure to stay here you won't be disappointed. We look forward to our next visit next year.
Everything.
None.

If you're in the area, this is a must. The staff is really kind and helpful; the food just marvellous (ummm...those cakes) and the room has all you need to relax and enjoy your holidays. We couldn't visit the surroundings, which was a real pity, but we surely will go back and visit them . Obviously, we'll stay in this greta hotel.

The location couldn't be more lovely and stunning in the area on a trip to tidy a family grave. Every staff member was more than adequate and excellent. We were offered full English breakfasts with home cooked bread and fresh orange juice and the more than adequate chef.
